Step 1
Line baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
Roast coconut in a pan until light brown. Stir continually to avoid burning.
Step 3
Add chocolate and stir until melted.
Step 4
Add condensed milk and stir.
Step 5
Be quick! The mixture will soon start becoming stiff. Sift sugar and cocao powder into coconut mixture.
Step 6
Press flat and let cool in fridge.
Step 7
Remove from fridge and cut into squares. Store blocks separated with lining paper.
