cauliflower

1egg
½ cupBuffalo mozzarella
shredded
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tspdried onion flakes
1clove garlic
½ tspdried oregano

Step 1
1. Rice the Cauliflower in a food processor then microwave on high for 8 mins.

2. Preheat oven to 200° C grease a oven safe fry pan with olive oil

3. Drain the cool Cauliflower in a clean tea towel. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible and transfer to a mixing bowl.

4. Add the egg, mozzarella, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano. Mix well and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
Step 5
5. Over medium heat crisp the crust for a few minutes. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 mins until golden.
Step 6
6. Add the toppings and bake for an additional 10 mins.
