5 Tpistachios
toasted, finely chopped

5 Tbuckwheat
toasted
50mlraspberry red white vinegar
sub rice wine vinegar

150mlolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
Dice shallots, chop herbs, peel and grate carrots
Step 2
Toss all ingredients together with dressing and season to taste
Step 3
Add buckwheat and pistachios prior to serving to preserve crunch
