Ingredients

2 slicesfresh ginger

¼ tspgarlic
minced with juice
3 tapscinnamon
8 ozwater
1liquid dose Magnesium Chloride dilution
for 50 year old
1 Tbsplemon juice
2 Tbsphoney
Instructions
Step 1
Put ginger/garlic/cinnamon in mug. Boil water in tea pot until high pitched whistle; pour into mug. Steep 3-6 min. Strain tea from debris into tiny-bowl, rinse out mug/spoon, pour tea into rinsed mug, and mix in remaining ingredients. Drink immediately, temperature allowing.
Step 2
Take before bed daily or two to three times per day!
