Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

Strawberry cheesecake cookies made with strawberry cake mix, cream cheese and white chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese and butter till light and fluffy

Step 2

Add egg, beating till combined

Mix in cake mix

Add white chocolate chips

Scoop out on parchment paper lined baking sheets and chill 30 minutes or till firm

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
