1 ½ cupflour

1 Tbspbaking powder

¼ tspsalt

½ cupbutter

½ cupbrown sugar

¼ cupsugar

3.4 ozCheesecake Pudding mix
box

1 tspvanilla

2eggs

1 cupwhite chocolate chips

⅛ cupraspberry jam

½ cupfreeze dried raspberries
Filling
Instructions
Step 1
1) Beat together softened butter and sugars till light and fluffy
Step 2
2) Add in vanilla and eggs. Beat till just combined
Step 3
3) Mix in pudding mix till just combined
Step 4
4) Slowly beat in dry ingredients

5) Fold in the white chocolate chips, jam, and raspberries
Step 6
6) Chill dough for an hour

7) To make the filling, just combine all of the filling ingredients. Refrigerate till use

8) Preheat oven to 350

Step 9
9) Flatten some dough in your hand, and put some filling in the middle. Roll into a ball, and top the dough with little dabs of jam

10) Bake for 11 minutes
