Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion and jalapeno after rinsing.
Step 2
Add onion, jalapenos to skillet, let cook until fragrant.




Step 3
Add cheeses, 1/2 of the onion-jalapeno mix after fragrant, tomatoes, evaporated milk to cast iron.







Step 4
To the remaining jalapeno & onion mixture, add ground beef, cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire. Break up ground beef into bits as it cooks.







Step 5
To cheese mixture, add cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper/salt to taste.




Step 6
After beef is fully cooked, add to cheese mixture. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
