Instructions
Step 1
Make Sauce, 1/4 Soy Sauce, 1/4 Apple Cider, 1/4 Mirin, Dried Mushrooms, Scallions, Ginger, Garlic, Bring to Boil

Combine thinly sliced garlic, green onions, Panko, Sesame Seeds
Step 3
Tenderize chicken thighs, salt and pepper
Step 4
Put in flour, then Egg, then breadcrumbs
Step 5
Blend Sauce and strain
Step 6
Fry chicken on low temp
Step 7
Cut chicken and serve on white rice with sauce drizzled on top
