6chicken thighs

2 tablespoonssoy sauce

½ cupfrozen orange juice concentrate

1 tablespoonrice wine vinegar

1 teaspooncornstarch

1 teaspoonwater

Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and set aside
Step 2
I’m a bowl add flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, egg, and water. Mix till it forms a batter. Add chicken to the batter and mix till all the pieces are well coated. Set aside.
Step 3
Using a fine grater, grate 1 clove garlic and enough ginger to have 1 teaspoons worth.
Step 4
Deep fry the chicken in batches until it is golden brown. Approximately 5 minutes. Set chicken aside while sauce is prepared.
Step 5
In a pan with some oil, add the garlic, ginger, and chili flakes, and sautee until it is fragrant.
Step 6
Next, add oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and frozen orange juice concentrate. Once it starts to simmer, add rice wine vinegar. Cook until it become syrupy and bring to boil again.
Step 7
Mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 1 teaspoon water to make a slurry. While stirring the sauce, add the slurry. Once sauce is thickened, turn off the heat. Now add the chicken and coat the chicken with sauce. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and mix.
Step 8
Transfer chicken chicken on to a serving plate and garnish with scallions. Enjoy.
