Instructions

Step 1
Boil your Brussels Sprouts for 5-6 minutes, drain, smash down with a glass, drizzle olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sprinkle salt and bake at 400F degrees for 14-15 minutes. For the hot honey drizzle I just warmed up some honey with chili powder and chili flakes. You can do this on the stove or microwave.
