cooked and shredded
2 Tbspolive oil
1 x 4 ozyellow onion
chopped
4garlic cloves
minced
6 oztomato paste
1 ½ cupscrushed tomatoes
1 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbspdijon mustard
1 Tbspred wine vinegar
2 tspsalt
¼ tspground black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in a large frying pan over medium high until the onion is soft and translucent.
Step 2
Add the pork to the pan and increase the heat a little. Fry the meat thoroughly then add the other ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Let simmer for at least 15 minutes on low heat until most of the liquid is reduced.
Step 4
Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
