Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking pan with foil.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine ham, pork, beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, and half of the milk. Add remainder of the milk slowly, only as needed.
Step 3
Roll meat mixture into balls using 1/3 cup per meatball. Place meatballs evenly onto lined pan.
Step 4
In a medium mixing bowl, combine soup, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Whisk until mixed well then pour sauce over meatballs.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees basting after 30 minutes and again 15 minutes later.
