Instructions

Step 1
1) Pour broccoli and peppers & onions into a Suvie pan.

2) Season chicken with salt & pepper. Vacuum seal chicken breasts. Place chicken into a Suvie pan and cover completely with water.

4) Pour jasmine rice into rice pot (black handles). Add salt to taste. Do not add water! Cover with pot lid, place into your starch cooker and close the door.

5) Load the broccoli and peppers & onions into the top zone of Suvie and chicken and orange sauce into the bottom zone. Input settings and choose Cook Now, Schedule or Refrigerate. Select if frozen. Follow prompts on both appliances.

Bottom Zone Sous Vide at 155 °F for 30 minutes for 2 servings, 45 minutes for 4 servings

Top Zone Roast at 400 °F for 20 minutes

Set Starch Cooker to Rice mode, select White Rice Long Grain and set for ½ cup for 2 servings and 1 cup for 4 servings.
