Instructions
Step 1
Clean, prep, and cut chicken into thin tenders
Step 2
In a large bowl add chicken, seasonings, minced garlic and Greek yogurt, coat evenly
Step 3
In a separate bowl crush up Cornflakes into crumb sized pieces. Add seasonings and parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Prepare a baking tray with drainage by spraying with cooking spray
Step 5
Coat each tender in cornflake mixture and lay on tray
Step 6
Bake at 400F for 17 mins. Add extra parmesan to the top of each piece and return to oven for ~3 more minutes
