Instructions

Step 1
Begin by resting your steaks, and season to taste with, salt.. pepper.. and cavenders.
Step 2
In a HOT🔥and oiled cast iron, Sear your steaks (don't crowd) for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 3
After the steaks are seared, pull them from the pan, and add 1 stick of butter.
Step 4
After butter is melted, place steaks back in the pan and continually baste them with the butter... About 3-5 minutes depending on how you prefer your steak cooked.
