Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to broil.
Step 2
Clean and pat Salmon dry to remove excess moisture. Cut Salmon into about 1-inch chunk pieces.
Step 3
Season Salmon Chunks with Cajun Seasoning to taste.
Step 4
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat pan in non-stick spray. Evenly space and place Salmon on the pan. Place the pan in the oven about 6-8 inches away from the broiler (approximately center of oven).
Step 5
Bake salmon uncovered for about 5-10 minutes. Keep an eye on Salmon as it is cooking to ensure it is not burning. The Salmon will cook fast and have an outside char to it, but should not burn. Cook longer if needed to reach desired doneness of the Salmon.
Step 6
For Sauce, in a bowl combine Mayonnaise, Sweet Chili Sauce, and Sriracha. Fully mix ingredients together.
Step 7
Drizzle sauce over cooked Salmon Bites and add Red Chili Peppers & Chives.
Step 8
