Instructions
Step 1
In a Dutch oven heat olive oil, add crumbled Italian sausage and sauté until no longer pink. Drain most of the fat.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
Step 3
Cook over medium-high heat until the pasta is fully cooked adding more water and vodka sauce if needed.
Step 4
Stir in the cheese, remove from heat.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
