Step 1
Mix and mash the black beans, sea salt, chilli flakes and coriander
Step 2
Make sour cream by mixing the yoghurt, garlic powder, lemon juice salt and pepper
Step 3
Make the quesadillas by layering the sour cream, bean mix, goats cheese and cheddar in that order
