Instructions
Step 1
Mix rice and water in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 16 minutes.
Step 2
Sweat in ginger, garlic and red pepper flake in 2 TBSP olive oil in frying pan.
Step 3
Add 3 TBSP soy sauce.
Step 4
Add carrots to frying pan and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring.
Step 5
Fold in rice and peppers + 2-3 TBSP Soy Sauce.
Step 6
Fold in peas.
Step 7
Fold in scrambled eggs.
Step 8
Heat through stirring occasionally.
