Step 1
Cut off the tips of the green beans at both ends.
Step 2
Cut the beans to about five to six cm lengths.
Step 3
Chopped the garlic coarsely.
Step 4
Soak the dried shrimp in water for ten minutes to rehydrate, and drain.
Step 5
Saute the chopped garlic, followed by the dried shrimp. Season with some salt.
Step 6
Add the green beans and stir-fry.
Step 7
