Instructions
Step 1
Slice onion into small slices, slice scallion, and set aside. Crack and beat eggs in a bowl, add in salt to mix finely.
Step 2
Put cooking oil in a heated skillet, add in egg batter to cook. Slowly stir until egg forms. Remove and transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Start with some more cooking oil in the heated skillet, add in sliced onion to cook until color becomes semi- transparent. Further add in precooked egg to mix. Season with light soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar to stir. Garnish with chopped scallion. Remove from the heat and serve warm.
