Instructions

Step 1
Juice the cucumbers, apple, lemon or lime, ginger, kale and optional herbs in a juicer or blend them together in a high speed blender with some water. If you are using a blender, strain the pulp out with cheese cloth. Stir in the aloe juice before drinking.
