Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes into thin strips. I don’t bother to peel my potatoes but you can if you don’t like the skin.
Step 2
Place in a bowl of ice cold water and soak for 20 mins.
Step 3
Rinse and pat the potatoes completely dry. Toss in olive oil, corn flour, salt and seasoning.
Step 4
Airfry at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 mins flipping halfway (or bake for 25-30 mins).
