Step 1
Remove chilli stems, wash and drain off excess water
Step 2
Put chillies in a food processor, add garlic and ginger
Step 3
Blend but not to a smooth texture
Step 4
In a large frying pan add oil and set to low heat
Step 5
Add blended blended chilli, stir, add salt and seasoning powder
Step 6
Fry for 2-3 minutes, add honey and lemon juice
Step 7
Mix and remove from heat
