Instructions
Step 1
Lay down 3 pieces of foil, and lay 4 rashers of bacon on each piece.
Step 2
Place 1 pork steak on top, trimming the fat off if you'd prefer.
Step 3
Make up your stuffing according to packet instructions. Then put a few spoonsful on top of each pork steak.
Step 4
Put 2 tsp of apple sauce on top of the stuffing, and then layer with the 2nd pork steak.
Step 5
Wrap the bacon rashers up and over the top pork steak, flip it over, and the wrap with the foil, making yourself 2 handles so it's easier to transport.
Step 6
Put 6 foil balls in the bottom of the slow cooker, and place the parcels on top of these.
Step 7
Put a little water in the bottom, this is just to create steam, so the amount doesn't matter.
Step 8
Cook on high for 5 hours, or low for 8 hours.
Step 9
Remove from the slow cooker and put on a tray, opening the foil, you can save any juices from the meat to make a gravy. Bake in the oven for 15 mins on 200 degrees until golden.
Step 10
Serve and enjoy!
