Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the sauce by mixing broth, aminos, rice vinegar, brown sugar, tahini, chili flakes, and chopped garlic.

Step 2
Wash and cut cauliflower into 1 1/2 to 2" sized florets. Add to a pan of oil and a splash of water. Stir and cover. Let cook on low-medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3
Once cauliflower is soft, add half of the sauce and stir. Let simmer for another 3-4 minutes, or until sauce is well absorbed, being careful not to burn.
Step 4
Add corn starch to remaining sauce and mix, then add to cauliflower and cook until thickened.

Serve hot on rice or quinoa and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
