Strawberry, Chocolate and Basil Spring Rolls
A counterintuitive dessert. Seriously easy(ish), seriously tasty.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut your strawberries in half or in quarters.
Step 2
Briefly wet your spring roll paper and add set it out flat.
Step 3
Add a whole strawberry, a spoon of Nutella (or any spread, I have used M&Ms peanut butter to great success), and a basil leaf to the middle of the paper.
Step 4
Fold the paper carefully to a spring roll shape (this can be fiddly).
Step 5
Shallow fry in a pan with oil for a few mins on each side until golden and crisp.
