This has always been one of my favorite things to eat on the Christmas market, near the beaches of coastal Croatia.
Although traditionally a Christmas fare dessert, I like to make them all year around as they are super simple to make, and impossible to hate.
I will have to thank my mother for the recipe!

Mix all the ingredients together

Make sure the consistency too liquid
Step 3
Heat up the oil, after it´s hot turn down the heat to medium
Step 4
Make small balls of dough with a teaspoon while putting them in the oil
Step 5
Once they get golden brown from both sides they´re ready
Step 6
If they get golden too quickly, make sure to turn down the heat down a bit more, as this means they will stay raw inside
Step 7
Once fried, coat them with powdered sugar (traditional) or chocolate and enjoy this fluffy dessert
