Instructions
Step 1
Mix the first 6 ingredients together until crumbly. Press 1/2 the mixture into a 9 x 9 pan.
Step 2
Cover with 4 cups diced rhubarb
Step 3
Mix together white sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and cold water. Cook until clear and thick.
Step 4
Pour over rhubarb
Step 5
Sprinkle remaining brown sugar mixture over the top and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Step 6
Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream or ice cream
