Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180?C.
Step 2
Put the nuts on a baking tray and drizzle over 1/2 tbsp coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Roast in the oven for 6-7 minutes. Take the tray out and shake the nuts to turn halfway through.
Step 3
Spoon the peanut butter and honey into a small bowl and mix to create a paste.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the nuts, oats, whey protein, hemp and 50g of the dark chocolate.
Step 5
Add the peanut butter and honey paste and rub into the mixture using the tips of your fingers.
Step 6
Slowly pour in the milk, mixing well as you do. (Add more milk if needed, or if the mixture becomes too wet, add some more oats or protein powder).
Step 7
Melt the remaining 100g of dark chocolate in a small bowl with 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil.
Step 8
Using your hands, shape the mixture into balls and then roll them in the melted dark chocolate.
Step 9
Place the balls on a plate or a tray lined with baking paper, and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.
