Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degee F
Step 2
Combine ginger snap cookies, pecans and butter
Step 3
Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes

Mix in Cream cheese, Sugar, Vanilla Extract, and Eggs(one at a time for best results) Blend well.
Step 5
Reserve 1 cup of batter for later use
Step 6
In the rest of the batter, combine Sugar, Pumpkin Puree, Cinnamon, nutmeg and blend well.
Step 7
Put the batter in ginger snap cookies pan. Spoon in reserved batter to give a marble look
Step 8
Bake for 55 minutes
Step 9
Chill for 4 hours before serving
