Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 420 degrees. cut tomatoes in half, and place facing up on lined pan. drizzle tops with olive oil, salt, pepper, and five cloves minced garlic. roast for 20-25 mins.
Step 2
while those roast in oven, make pasta according to box specifications
Step 3
cut brie into cubes.
Step 4
once tomatoes have roasted, place in a medium pot & mash over medium heat. add in cubed brie. mix until creamy. spread over drained pasta & enjoy :)
