Mix all ingredients in bowl at medium
speed until blended. Beat at high
speed for 3 minutes (no longer)
Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at
325 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool in pan ten
minutes no longer. Turn onto wired rack to completely cool.
