Instructions

Crispy Chickpeas

Step 1
To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 2
Bake the chickpeas at 180 degree circulating air for about 40min. Mix the cherry peas with a spoon at half time

Grilled Vegetables

Step 3
Slice the bell pepper and zucchini.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the vegetables. Fry for about 2min. Then season with salt and pepper. Fry for another 2min.

Quinoa

Step 5
Cook the Quinoa according package instructions.

Tahini sauce

Mince the garlic.
Step 7
Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix until smooth.

Wrap

Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the humus.
Step 9
Place the Quinoa, grilled vegetables and crispy chickpeas on top.

Drizzle on the tahini sauce.
Step 11
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 12
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
