Mix all dry ingredients

Mix eggs. Cream butter with sugar and add egg to mixture in 3-4 times. Mix in high speed to prevent separation.

Add vanilla extract and then sift in the dry ingredients.

Do not over mix, mix till white powder is still visible.
Step 5
Add walnuts and chocolate. Mix gently and don’t stir for too long
Step 6
Scoop 90g of dough per cookie and form into balls. Refrigerate for 1 hour
Step 7
Preheat over 392 to degree, then turn over down to 347 and bake for 14 minutes
