Instructions

Step 1
Combine the cabbage, carrot & raisins in a large bowl. Toss well.
Step 2
Combine all the dressing ingredients (mayo, yogurt, apple juice concentrate, poppy seeds & vinegar). Add the dressing to the cabbage mixture & toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
