Instructions
Step 1
Put water in the mixer first
Step 2
Rub yeast into flour. Add to mixer and then add salt
Step 3
Put on slow for 4 minutes. Then medium for 10-12 minutes
Step 4
You can alternatively knead on a surface by slamming down and folding over until it is smooth
Step 5
Form dough into a ball. Add a fine layer of flour to the surface and place dough over it. Put in bowl and cover for one hour.
Step 6
Fine sprinkling of flour and pour dough onto it. Fold front third and back third and roll, kneading the dough again. Put into a greased baking tin and let prove.
Step 7
Put oven at hottest temperature. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn temperature down 30 degrees and bake for a further 11-12 minutes
