Step 1
Slice onions and garlic. Caramelise in pan

Add grated carrots
Step 3
Add Butter Beans and mixed spice
Step 4
Continue to cook till nice caramelised bits

Once cooked allow to cook on a flat lined baking tray. Once cooled crumble Feta Cheese across mixture
Step 6
Roll out pastry. Moisten edges with milk. Add the Vegi mix sausage like near top of pastry. Then gently lift and tightly roll to make one long sausage roll shape.
Step 7
Brush with milk. Allow to rest 5-10 min. Bake in 200°c oven for 25 min
