Instructions

Step 1
Lightly season the cutlets with sea salt and pepper
Step 2
In a shallow dish, dredge the cutlets in the almond flour
Step 3
Put a large deep skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil

Brown the pork chops on both sides, turning once, for about 6 minutes
Step 5
Remove the cutlets from the skillet and add the garlic
Step 6
Saute for 1 minute, then stir in the broth, tomatoes, and spinach
Step 7
Bring the liquid to a boil, tossing the spinach with tongs until it is wilted
Step 8
Reduce the heat to medium-low and return the cutlets to the skillet. cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, until tender.
