Coconut water brings just enough sweetness to this frozen coconut margarita to add flavor to the drink without making it too sweet. The lime juice and Coco López give this drink a tropical flavor, while the tequila and triple sec make it taste like a solid margarita.

Step 1
Pour coconut water into a small, shallow plastic container or ice-cube tray and freeze until solid, 4 to 5 hours.
Step 2
Place the frozen coconut water in a blender; add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, cream of coconut, ice and salt. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into 2 frozen rocks glasses and garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
