Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies with sea salt and brown butter. Yum.

Instructions
Step 1
In medium to large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and bring to boil. Once it starts to boil, swirl the pan and stir constantly until butter passes the foamy stage and turns amber color.
Step 2
Remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes.
Step 3
While butter is cooling, preheat oven to 350
Step 4
Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 5
Add the light brown and granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt into cooled butter, and stir to combine with spatula or wooden spoon.
Step 6
Stir in flour until dough comes together and is combined.
Step 7
Mix in chocolate chips
Step 8
Using large scoop, scoop out dough and bake 2 inches apart and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges start to brown and centers are just set.
Step 9
Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
Step 10
Cool and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
