Dry Rub
4boneless pork chops
¼ cupbrown sugar
1 teaspoonadobo chili pepper
½ teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonpepper
2 tablespoonsolive oil
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Combine brown sugar, adobo, and paprika in a small bowl
Step 2
Pat down pork chops and season both sides with salt and pepper
Step 3
Apply about one and a half teaspoons of the dry rub to both sides and rub into the meat
Step 4
Heat a large skillet over meadium high heat and add porkchops. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side)
Step 5
Add heavy cream and deglaze pan. heat to boiling
Step 6
Lower heat, add dried onion and red pepper flakes, and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until sauce thickness is to your liking. salt and pepper to taste.
