Instructions

Step 1
Add beef, egg, worcestershire, mustard, bread crumbs, and soup mix to a bowl and combine

Separate roughly into quarters to get 4 patties

Slap onto a plate to get it even and thin

Heat a pan on medium high
Step 5
Put 2 into pan (unless all 4 can fit)

Brown for 2-3 minutes on each side

Set aside to start on gravy

Set heat to low. Dice onion while butter melts in the same pan you cooked the beef in

Add olive oil

Add flour and whisk

Pour in 1 c beef stock, and mix. Once it's incorporated pour in the other cup and mix

Add recipe secrets onion packet

Drain and add mushrooms
Step 14
Add a splash of worcestershire
Step 15
Put steaks back in pan with gravy
Step 16
Flip to make sure both sides have gravy, cover the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes
