Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400º
Step 2
Lightly sprinkle large round stone with flour. Gently unfold one pie crust and place in center of stone; roll to within 1 inch of edge of stone using lightly floured Bakers Roller. With Deluxe Cheese Grater grate 1/4 cup pecans evenly over crust to within 1 1/2 inches of the edge.
Step 3
Coursely chop remaining pecans using food chopper. In bowl, combine pecans, cinnamon and sugar: mix well. Cut remaining pie crust into 1/2-inch pieces using cutter; add to pecan mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Hull strawberries and slice strawberries; arrange in single layer over nuts on pie crust. Spoon pie filling over strawberries; sprinkle streusel. Fold outer edge of pastry up over filling to form a 1 1/2-inch rim.
Step 5
Bake 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool slightly; serve warm.
