Instructions
Step 1
Soak the cashews over nigh in water in the fridge.
Step 2
Drain and rinse the cashews.
Step 3
Add cashews, water, dates (stone removed) and a pinch of pink salt to blender.
Step 4
Blitz on high speed for 30 seconds until smooth.
Step 5
No need to strain cashew milk.
Step 6
Transfer to glass bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Cashew milk variations
Step 7
Try adding cacao, match, spirulina, moringa or turmeric for different healthy variations.
Step 8
Serve cold or warm.
