Instructions
Step 1
Makes a few slices on the back of chicken wings, marinate with ingredients for 15min.
Step 2
Soak mushroom with 4 cups of water, bring to boil and leave for 1h. Cut into 4 pieces. Keep water.

Fry chicken wings skin side down until golden brown

Stir in spices until fragrant
Step 5
Stir in garlic ginger and green onion until fragrant
Step 6
Stir in mushrooms.
Step 7
Deglaze with cooking wine. Add oyster sauce, 老抽 and sugar.
Step 8
Put 1 cup of water, turn heat to medium. Cover and boil for 8min.
Step 9
Reduce sauce on high until thickened.
