Step 1

In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic, herbs and yogurt to form a dough

Divide into three and roll out each piece
Step 3

Add 1/3 mozzarella to the centre of each naan
Step 4

Fold in the edges to seal it
Step 5

Roll out again
Step 6

Place on a hot pan
Step 7

Flip once the bottom side is golden brown and repeat for the other side
Step 8

Spread over some garlic paste and garnish with coriander
