Instructions
Step 1
Add yogurt and flour in a large bowl . Season with a pinch of salt if you like but not too much as the cheese filling will be salty . Mix with a wooden spoon then bring to a dough with hands . Tip onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few minutes until the dough is more smooth
Step 2
Divide the dough into 8 then cover with a tea towel
Step 3
In a bowl crumble feta and add cream cheese and parsley . Add a little black pepper if you like also then mix together
Step 4
Flatten the dough into disks and divide the filling between them then pinch the ends together and roll Into a ball . Place on a lined baking sheet brush each with egg wash or milk then bake at 190 c/375 f for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top
