Instructions
Step 1
Add oil on pan. Fry onion first then add garlic then mushrooms

Add salt and pepper and remove from pan and clean it
Step 3
Then add rice on pan, let it fry for two minutes and then add wine
Step 4
Once the wine has evaporated, lower the heat and add the broth little by little. (Around 20-25 min)
Step 5
Add salt and pepper and then the mushroom back in the pan. Add some butter (1-2 little spoons) and some parmesan. Stir 1min and it's ready
