Step 1
In first step you have to clean garlic and ginger and put it to the food processor. Garlic and ginger have to be finely chopped.

In second step you have add all other ingredients. Soy and fish sauce, peanut butter, lime juice from one lime, sriracha, honey and olive oil. Mix all ingredients well.

Now it is time for meat. Clean and cut chicken beats. I prefer strip or dices but it doesn't matter how you cut it. Then add meat to the prepared marinade and leave it in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
Step 4
Before grilling you can stick meat on skewers. I like it because the meal is more fancy and funny.
Step 5
